Suggestions of questions we can ask students about their teacher, the year and then include in a scrapbook.?

I am in the process of putting together a scrapbook for my kids' teachers - would like to get creative, fun questions that really show insight in the kids - looking for ideas on questions, past the basic, "what did you like about school/teacher/class, etc.? My boys are in 2nd grade.

First GREAT Idea for a scrapbook! I know as a teacher that was my favorite gift EVER!!!! I still have it.

What is thire favorite thing to do with teacher.

What do they like best about teacher.

What did they learn from teacher.

Why did you like having Mrs X as a teacher.

Think about things that would make you feel good to hear if your kids said them about you and then ask the kids the questions.

At the second grade level you may need to lead them along a bit.
