Suggestions on what to put together in giant aquarium.

I got a free 100 gallon aquarium and i want to create a little ecosystem inside of it. can anyone give me suggestions. Like what can live together pretty well. i would like to start with tarantulas. any nature gurus out there?

are you going to put fish in there? If there is no water, technically, it's a terrarium. I suggest you go with fish - much more interesting. spiders and stick insects don't move much.
