Does anyoone know of a Lawyer that is Dedicated to suing other Lawyers in Miami-Dade county Florida...???

    Rachaisa - there are hundreds of lawyers around the country whose sole or primary practice is suing other lawyers for legal malpractice.  A medical malpractice lawyer would be next to useless.  might as well get a PI lawyer, or a Family Law practitioner.

  3. No one is "dedicated" to such a thing.  Lawyers will sue other lawyers if there is a good case, but they don't build their practices around suing other lawyers.

    It depends on what you want to sue for.  If it is for legal malpractice, find a malpractice lawyer.  Someone who sues doctors will probably sue a lawyer.

    If it is fee dispute, contact your local bar to find out what your arbitration rights are.
