Suitable US aerospace colleges to apply to?

I have a GPA 0f 7.3 in Instrumentation n control engg, NIT Trichy and have done 4 projs-GTRE,IISc,IISc,IIT Madras all related to aerospace. GRE 1500..Have recos from HOD ICE, IISc and Gtre. likely to get from IITM. which colleges in the US should i apply to? Likely aid?
