  1. on school nights mt 13 yr old goes to bed at 9:30 and can read quietly until 10:00 and lights out. Later on a week end

  2. OKay. Well, on the weekends, her bedtime should be later. Cuz she doesnt have to get up early like on school days. But it really depends on what time school starts and what sports or activities she does. I have to go to bed kinda early cuz i'm in jazz band at my school which STARTS at 6:20 and then I do sports and try really hard to do well in school and I almost always have homework. So yup.

  3. I would say 11 tops.

  4. 10pm.

  5. My kids don't have a bedtime on the weekends.  On school nights, my youngest goes to bed at 9:30 (She is 10) and my oldest (14) goes to bed at around 11PM (hopefully LOL)

  6. 10-11.pm

  7. My 12 yo can stay up 'til 11 on weekends.  During the week it's in bed by 9, lights out by 10.

  8. Well, you cant treat a 12 year old like a little child. 12 year olds are basically more mature and they will have to stay up later. The best bedtime would be about 10 o clock, if she goes to bed earlier than that, then thats good. Im 13 and I go to bed at 9:30. I want to go to bed early and wake up in the 7:00 or 7:30 range. Just make sure you tell her to get used to going to bed earlier, because she will get more sleep in the morning and feel more energetic.  Hope this helped :]

  9. On weekdays, in bed 9:30, reading until 10 (then lights out).

    On weekends, 11:00 seems appropriate.

  10. im thirteen and i go to bed at 10:00

  11. My bedtime at that age was still 8pm! But, I think 9pm (lights out) would be more appropriate depending on what time school starts in the morning and if she is actually able to get up and get to school without hassle at that time. If there is a hassle, then bedtime is earlier.

  12. On weekends I would say 11pm. Through highschool, till I was a senior, my mom made me be in my room by 10 and lights out by 11. But for a 12 year old? umm...I would say 10:30 on a school night.

  13. 10:00. I am 13 and i usually get into bed at 10:30 read for 30 mins. If she likes to read then 9:30 and ready till 10 thats what i did when i was twelve.

  14. I'd say send her up to bed at 9 pm for quiet time.

She can listen to soothing music, read a book, write in a journal, draw, you know that sorta thing...

I'd say lights out at 10 or 10:30 depeneding on if she can get to sleep at that time.

  15. Make that her dads job!  LOL< TRUUUUUUST me!

Added:  If you are making THE bed time an issue with her or YOUR husband... you will seem like the wet blanket.   Husband only gets to see her on weekends and YOU have him all week long.  Let them have their "routine" or YOU will look like your are jealous of time he spends wit "her".

  16. Around 10:30, but I stay up till 11:30 as if that matters

  17. 9:30 would be appropriate
