ya. 360 got yoda and ps3 got vader. i suspect that there will be no downloadable content either getting yoda. but don't worry.. on ign they said that yoda was way to powerful and pretty much was an over stacked character while vadar was very well balanced. this is good because now you don't need to worry about people using yoda constantly on online.

For the record Yoda is barely used online because he blows, not to mention IGN blow at just about every game they play and provide the most usless tactics short of being a nooby scrub in just about every game available.

That Said...

There is the possibility of DLC characters because both versions have a space between Yoda/Vader and the apprentice when all characters are unlocked, and they've already confirmed Vader to be DLC for the 360 version as well as evidence that someone actually hacked the game and foud vader is actually ON the disc, so I would say it's safe to assume the same with the PS3 version.

But today as is, no yoda but likely for the future.

as of right this minute there is no yoda in soul CALIBUR 4 on ps3 ... but things can always change with downloadable content

It should be available for download off the PlayStation store. A Korean PlayStation magazine found a video of Yoda and Darth Vader fighting on that game.
