Sulwaan and Cul A Dun to enjoy the course edge in the www.mosscontrol.ie Handicap
The two to look out for in the www.mosscontrol.ie Handicap are Sulwaan and Cul A Dun. They both have performed reasonably well as compared to the rest over the similar distance before. Five other four-year and above contenders will race with them over a mile and 100 yards on Wednesday, 29th August at Killarney. The prize money of the race is set at €7,245.
King's Best’s five-year-old bay gelding has raced through four seasons and the only time that he won was in 2009 and 2011. The two outings in 2012 could not culminate into success.
The first time that the five-year-old bay gelding out of, Iktidar, won was on 30th August, 2009 in the EBF Old Crossleyans Rugby Club Maiden Stakes at the Beverley over a mile and half a furlong. The Irish bay gelding, Cul A Dun, had a recent experience of racing at the same race course and over the same distance. He ended eighth in the O’Keeffe’s Marquee Hire Rathmore Handicap on 16th July, 2012 at Killarney over a mile and half a furlong.
The race was won by the favourite entry, Happy Anniversary.
