You should be able to get back in using the forgot password option and choosing to answer your secret question but if the person who hacked you knew the answer to your secret question they may quite easily have changed the answer or even the question. If you can't get in using the reset password option, email MSNs help desk, they will email you a form to fill out to confirm the email address is yours. You will need to know things like the usual IP address to which you normally access your account and a few other things.

Click on "forgot password" and answer the emergency question you selected at the beginning when you first set your account up. It would be something like "your first pets name". Answer, and then change your password there.

In the place were you put yur password in at the bottom ther should be a link saying - forgot your password? Click it and go through the steps and change your password.

Go to http://hotmail.com

Click on "Forgot password"

This page will pop up

Just fill out all the information

You shouldn't have a problem...
