[e-mail] -this is the contact number of the UK Immigration attorney. . does sum1 know him. . .help me please. . is this a scam?

However reputable companies and most certainly lawyers use Emails from their domain name.  They do NOT use free Email accounts from yahoo.  Sorry but think about the name alone - Roger Moore - actor who played James Bond

These are scammers (and not especially creative ones at that)

Don&#039;t fall for it, do not send any personal info and especially do not send any money

Its a scam.
