Every kind of climate from arctic to tropical has existed at every place on the globe at some time between the past and the present.  The future holds more of the same.  As J.P. Morgan said, when asked about his prediction for the stock market, "It will fluctuate."

Temperatures are increasing causing excessive rains, flood etc due to global warming. Sea level is increasing & snows are melting from the mountains & near the poles. There is less water in the rivers. Ozone layer is also depleted.

Rising sea level can cause flooding in the lower areas near sea. Rising temprature can also cause floods & draughts.
