Summer, study abroad, scholarship, help!!!!!!!1?

Question

i am 15 years old and want to study abroad ANYWHERE for the SUMMER.

i can't find any affordable programs, or any type of schoalrship that is enough for the cost. parents are willing to give $1,000 toward the trip, but it is appearently not enough. i would love to know of any full schoalrships. am an A average student, and can get great reccomendations from teachers. i would like to go to any place in any country.

When I was 15 I had the opportunity to study abroad in France for 1 year. Lucky for me I got a scholarship to do this. Contact your local Rotary club and ask if they still participate in study abroad programs. My parents ended up paying $1000 for my plane ticket, and I also had to pay for my own visa and passport. The Rotary club paid for my schooling and books, and on top of all of this I received a monthly allowance from the club. Good luck to you and make sure you're ready to leave your family.
