Summer's over... I'm so scared of new semester?

Question

I've done nothing over summer because of where I've been, this place is so depressing and there was no way I could get out of there... I'd known I should have done something even to cheer myself up but I did nothing... and now I'm so scared of going back to school and face the reality. I don't think I will be able to do things well.. I don't feel like doing anything. The only thing I do is now lying on my bed. Please help me out to get out of this h**l.

i also had the same feelings...but the diffrence is i am in college...i also dont like much here,i want to go back home and dont want to leave it when i am there...i also feel suffocated and alwz think....
