I applied at Brampton East Soccer Club back in Feburary/November. The season already started early June and it is the coach's responsibility to call his/her players and let them know that he/she is going to be coaching for the season. Unfortuentely, this never happened to me. I didn't get any kind of call from the coach or from the club itself. No e-mail either. I got a hold of what team i was and where my games were being held. I went today to one of my games, and there was no coach to be in sight. Instead, people volunteer to be coach's and some lady volunteered today. She was just sitting on the bench, and we need to have a coach to start, so she said sure. Without the coach i can't get my unifrom or the rest of my schedule. I've already missed four games without being informed. I later found out that the coach just left the job. Now without him/her there will no be practices and i can't get my jersey.
Is it right to call the club and get my money back because of this major issue?
