How do i train so i can improve my times for Track and cross country

my current times are

mile 4:48

800 2:06

400 0:55.14

1000 2:59 i havent run this since indoor

2mile 10:48 i havent run this since indoor either

5000 18:21

for my sophmore year i want to be at these times by the end of outdoor

mile 4:27

800 1:57 or 58

400 :50 or 51

1000 2:39

2mile9:51

5000 16:11

  1. your goals are very aggressive..too much perhaps...

    Just keep your mileage up and consistent over the summer, and be ready for fall workouts
