Ok this happened to me every summer,it just gets obivious.I feel ok in the year but when summer comes it sucks.

Every time the wheater gets hotter and hotter my anxiety worsens significantly plus I'd get panic attacks more often,i feel light headed ,irritated and very detatched/dream state. What's wrong with me?

I suffered from depression at 14 treated with zoloft ,lately i became social anxious but i'm ok..

so what's this heat anxiety ?

  1. I experience similar issue in the summer. You can do a search on the internet for "Summer Depression" or "Reverse Seasonal Affective Disorder" (which is the counterpart of Seasonal Affective Disorder(SAD))which explain this issue.

  2. I have it too. Just researching it my Dr. said to find out if anybody else had it...I do.

  3. its all just western conditioning the heat makes it hard to keep up with the rediculous demands .the constant appetite that greed has just gets to much,  its no country to older and relaxed in ,we feel if we dont have that 16 year old zing we are falling to depression,
