Summer intensive around the world camps for fashion design?

Question

i am going to be a freshman, and I was wondering if there were any camps or tours that take you to spain or london or something to study fashion for high school students with no experience but ant to pursue the dream of become a famous fashion designer? the only problem is that my parents would not even let me go to san diego where they used to live and where i live 1/2 an hour away from, by myseld or even if they werent with me the whole time during classes, but were with me. the main question is "are there any intensives for my next years summer?"

try the Glissel School in Houston, Texas...of course, it is up to you, but my friends and I have enjoyed their summer programs a lot and they are extremely helpful!!  i went into the program not knowing what to do and came out a knowledgeable 'fashion designer'...the junior school iswhere you want to go, it is for 14-18 year olds!
