Summer job for teenagers in Edinburgh?

I'm looking for a job over the summer in Edinburgh, Scotland. It turns out they're actually very difficult to find.

My biggest problem is that I don't have my NI number, which restricts me even further.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

First thing to do is get an NI number. You need to be 16 years old or older, and a resident in Britain and you can apply for one at your nearest job centre or DSS office.
