Summer job help?

Question

so a couple of weeks ago i put my name up on craigs list and got a couple of offers for babysitting for the summer.

the first one , the lady told me to call her which i did 3 days ago and she said that she was busy and would call me within the hour. its been three days, i want to send her an email to ask what is going on but what do i say?

second there is another family but the mom said that the reason they need someone is because she is going back to work in two weeks, she also said that they wre going on a family vacation too during that time, should i wait for this family since she hasn't emailed me back either??

well i say that you maybe offer to babysit for a family you know maybe that the parents know you and are comfortable with you watching their children. Or you can look for another job like mowing which is what i do.
