  1. I was 15

  2. You can usually work in some places from 13/14. At 14, you can work in most telemarketing places, and depending on where you live (for example, I live in Toronto, and we have the annual Exhibition), you can apply for carnivals or festivals.

At 15, the door opens a lot wider. Many stores will begin hiring but you will usually need a resume. I work at The Shoe Company, which hires at 15. Many grocery stores, if you walk in and ask someone who works there for an application form, will hire.

At 16, its even bigger. Pretty much any store will hire you as a sales associate or cashier. Companies like American Eagle, Aeropostale, and Hollister start hiring.

Just make a resume, if you don't have any experience write qualifications like languages you know, that you're interpersonal, very responsible, always on time and all that. You can Google "no experience resume" for some examples, that's what I did and it helped.

    Good luck.

  3. i think you have to be 16 before you can get a proper job and 13 to do a paper round

im 15 and i babysit during the summer to earn money

  4. No idea dude when you find out tell me. So that maybe they can work together.

  5. It depends on the jurisdiction you live in.  Generally between 14-16 years of age for some jobs (ie. paper routes, etc.)  However, odd jobs such as raking neighbours lawns, babysitting, etc, can be done at a younger age provided the pre-teen has the ability and maturity.

I had my first real job at 15 cleaning a tour train in the summers.  Possibly the most fun I EVER had at work in my life :)

Before that I had a paper route and babysat.

  6. I was 13 when I got my first job babysitting I hate babysitting now. When I was 15 I started working as a secretary for my aunt but I got the job from well my aunt but usually the legal age for like working at grocery stores they don't hire under 16 but babysitting you can start around 13 or dog walking stuff like that as long as she's careful she should be fine. Alot of freaks out there.

    Good luck hope I helped
