Summer language programs in taiwan?

Question

Okay, so I just spent about a couple of hours researching the internet about certain summer programs that would allow me to study in taiwan over the summer and learn more mandarin, and integrate with the culture.

My friend attended one last summer, OCAC sponsored, and came back, sharing his great memories and experiences he had and it really got me interested. Unfortunately, I have no success in locating more information about this 'program' by searching facebook groups or even checking the www.ocac.gov.tw website. If anyone has any helpful information to offer, feel free to post a response!

Hello, Go check the link below. The Mandarin Training Center of National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) is offering programs which dedicated to the teaching of Chinese culture and Chinese as a second language. All levels of standard and Classical Chinese as well as Chinese culture are taught there. A friend of my sister took a summer course there few years ago, and I remember that he enjoyed it a lot.

If websites aren't doing anything for you, try going to a community college nearby (even if you may be in hs or beyond college)  They might be able to offer you insight and direct you to the right path.  

Also try looking at various University study abroad programs, they usually list companies that they work with to give students these opportunities.  That way you might be able to find a company that offers a program that's right for you.  I'm sorry I couldn't list any sites.
