We are having a pot luck this Sun. at the park. Any suggestions on a easy recipe. I am sick of taking chicken salad. I know one of the guys always brings a few tubs of KFC. Other than that no one seems to take a main dish. so needs to be a main course, simple (or not hours in kitchen on Sat), no power (park), I can use a crock pot in am though and take to park just before hand. HELPPPPP
