I'm looking for a study abroad program

or university summer program

for high school students this summer

any suggestions?

Go to www.openedu.com.au  It's open university in Australia.  They have courses for international students but remember, summer in America is the Australian winter.  Summer in Australia is Nov. - Feb. You didn't say where you were so I don't know what overseas is to you.
