Im a sophomore and for my junior year i want to run on the cross country team. i am about 5'8 and am quite skinny so i dont want to lose wait or anything, i just want to start running this summer so i can qualify for the time. I should be able to run 3 miles in under 25 minutes to qualify. Anybody know any summer training i could do to prepare and to get into proper shape?thanks.
