Summer school ending speech?

Question

I've been doing a summer school course for the summer holidays and now that theres only 2 weeks left, me and a couple of other students are organising an assembly for the last day. I want to give a speech for my teacher to read out before we begin our presentations but i'm not sure what i can write for the speech. I don't know how to put it into words properly but i want to say a thank you for the effort and hard work the students have put in to make the course a success. Please help me!

Ok. This is all i could come up with.

Firstly we would like to start by thanking everyone present here today. We feel this event has been a wonderful success. The teachers have contributed so much and we are overly impressed by the standard set by them. We would like to finish off by saying that we are thouroughly greatful and would love to give a great big thank you to all our teachers and also to all our fellow students whom also attended. And now I would like to present to you the presentations./ or whatever they might be.

Just speak about how much your teachers helped you guys and say stuff like if it wasnt for them i would not be were i am this minute. Things will come to you keep trying.
