I believe that ALL states are required to provide ESY (Extended School Year) services. The criteria for attending may vary, but if you child din't qualify, you should have been informed of why at an IEP meeting. If you can't work out anything on that level, try autismspeaks.org (I think that's right). You may find helpful info about services there.

many schools have extended year programs--if your school does not-than you need to find a place taht does

is it ABA or LD
