Summer teen tours - underage drinking?

i am interested in doing a summer program in europe next summer (im in high school) like asa oxford or travel for teens....but on facebook their seems to be a lot of pictures underage drinking on the tours.. do they let you drink there has anyone been on one of these that could explain it to me? my parents won't let me go if they let you drink

Most european countries have lower drinking ages than in the U.S., so students are often able to drink alcohol when abroad.

just tell your parents they dont let you drink even if you dont know

If i remember correctly, the drinking age in some countries in europe is alot lower than in the US.  I'm not sure about the tour your referring to but if they don't have any additional rules in addition to the law then that would explain why you see pictures of people drinking.
