Got a pink Summons ticket to appear in court from NYC cop for arguing with him, was just wondering what happens when i show up to Court...?

  1. What was the summons actually for?  Disorderly Conduct?  Failure to comply with a lawful order?  Something else?  You should get a lawyer and appear in court.  Generally summonses are issued for violations, so you are facing up to a 1000 dollar fine or up to 15 days in jail.
