Okay heres the story. I was drinking underage and was very tipsy. I went on the train station and had to pee very bad. I didn't know what exactly what I was doing, but I took a leak on a garbage can in the corner. Cop stops me and asks me to take a seat. He asked for my ID and asked questions. He asked me what my age is and if I was drinking. I didn't want to lie so I told him the truth. He also asked where I drank and if they served or someone bought. I answered him all honestly. He also asked about my future, college. Told him I was going to college in a few days. After that he radio the person saying my name. (i think it was to check if I had some prior offenses)

He then gave me a summons just for Urinating in Public and it did not say I drank at all. Did he let me off easy? Am I still going to get charged for drinking underage? Now I have to go to court to plead guilty or not guilty. Please help me.

background information of me:

18 year old male

no prior offense

  1. On what basis would you plead Not Guilty - you're telling us here and now that you did it. Here's the thing, you plead not guilty if you're NOT GUILTY.

He did let you off very easily and you should be grateful to him. He could have tagged you for public drunkeness and taken you to jail for the night.

Be a man, own up and pay the fine and learn from this mistake.

  2. plead guilty if u lie in court and plead not guilty the punishment will much more severe. the truth got u off once and will help u again.

  3. You got Lucky! All you are going to have to do is show up to Court and either Plead Guilty and pay the Fine, or you can possibly tell the Judge that you could not Hold it any longer and had to go or wet your pants. The charge may get Dismissed provided you do Not Mention Anything about DRINKING!!!
