  1. No, because it's not heat that causes your hair to lighten, it's the sun's rays.

  2. It worked for my son's hair.  Read the label; it should say on there, but you'll probably get better results if you do go in the sun.

  3. no sorry, if only it was that easy loll!!

    nahh its the light of the sun that makes t work, not the heat;

    sorry! xxxxx

  4. Yep, it sure will.

    It's the heat (NOT the light) acting on the chemicals in the Sun In that cause the lightening.

    However, please don't use Sun In ... that stuff is SO damaging.  I found that out the hard way years ago.  The damage may not be obvious at the start, but if you have your hair colored, highlighted, or chemically-altered in any way after you've used Sun In, you'll end up with "Barbie hair" ... it feels synthetic, and it breaks off ... sometimes right at the root!

    If you want your hair lighter, use a commercial hair-dye kit, or better yet ... have it either lightened all over or highlighted by a professional stylist!

  5. i don't think so, because it is called SUN in for a reason.

  6. I used that when I was younger and I thought I could use the hair dryer and it would lighten my hair....but it gave it a red tint instead.

    Don't recommend it unless you use it in the sunlight.

  7. Sun-In will turn your hair orange.
