If you read the web-site thoroughly, where is says you should read the Budo Taijutsu training page, you would have seen the 'do expect, do not expect' section.

In this section is states:  Nominal training fees which means very small compared to usual expectations.  

Thus, it probably means that students pay just enough to cover the dojo/training hall fees.

Failing that, contact them if you want to train in taijutsu and ask them yourself.  The link below is the one you should read:
