Recently, when driving with 3/4 throttle, for about a mile it acts like the throttle is not open, so it slows down and then it picks back up speed again.. I'm thinking that some how it gets overheated so it wants to shutdown. Is this possible? I was thinking about getting a No Rev Limit CDI that I saw, or a cone airfilter, but why are things for scooters so expensive? Exhaust kits over 200!! I could almost get a new exhaust for my truck for that price....Anyways Any Ideas on what's going on... Sorry if this is a double post..not sure if last one made it.. Ooh forgot it has 260 miles on it.

  1. It sounds like where might be water or something in the fuel.  Flush the fuel line and clean float bowl.  It is possible for the engine to overheat but should not happen at ¾ throttle.
