  1. I just recently stepped down from Christian Education Coordinator of our church.

One of the things we did was find fresh new curriculum during my service.

I found this, along with other resources they offer, and the teachers loved it! So did the children!

There are also coloring pages you download free, but the pondpack is great with the lesson and they are very child and teacher friendly!

    HTH!

  2. www.mygrapple.com   My husband's cousins use this website in their Sunday school class.

Some things that I did when I taught Sunday school.....make your own musical instruments, blow bubbles, every morning we sat down with stickers and each child had a 12x12 sheet with their name and pictures..they got a sticker for being there. At the end of class we practiced our bible verses. Each child got a piece of paper with 'Joe knows his bible verse!!!' bible verse below, and a sticker.

The bible stories I read to them were the same ones you and I know, just simplified, then games planned around that story. If your church doesn't have money for material do the work yourself...type out bible stories (or even find them online) and then simplify them. Plan a game and a craft and you're set.

    Good luck!

  3. A Beka is a Christian curriculum that has nursery school materials available.  I used this curriculum when I homeschooled and also when I taught in a Christian school.

Rainbow Resource (www.rainbowresource.com) is another good source.  They carry all kinds of materials for reasonable prices.
