Sunken Greek cruise ship?

There was a story where the crew abandoned before the passengers were even notified, and I was wondering what the name of the boat was?

There have been several over the past decade or two, but I'm talking about the one that happened in the last year or two.

I believe you are referring to the Sea Diamond, which ran aground off the coast of Santorini.  It was owned by the Louis Line

The Sea Diamond did sink in the Greek Islands, but I don't think the crew abandoned ship on this sinking.  Although it didn't happen in the last two years, you are probably thinking of the Oceanos, which was a Greek-operated ship that sank off the coast of South Africa.  The crew realized they were taking on water and panicked.  They were literally floating away in a life raft before the passengers even realized that anything had happened.

There is video footage of the ship going down and a lone life-raft floating safely away.  I'll post it.
