Question:

Sunlight for your eyes?

Some sights say that sunlight can be good for your eyes because it gives us vitamin D, and our eyes were meant to react to light, and the sun keeps our eyes healthy and less sensitive to light. Other sites say, always wear sunglasses to protect your eyes because the UV rays from the sun can damage your eyes.

so is the sun good or bad for your eyes? I know there are actual opticians here, so if you guys can answer this it would be helpful. Star this if you want to.

  1. Yes, sungazing is supposed to be very healing. You just turn in the direction of the sun and close your eyes and feel the warmth on your eyelids.

  2. lol. I think its bad for your eyes. Anyway, well after you looks sort of directly into the sun your eyes go pretty blind. Like you have a blind spot or sumthin. So yeah its bafd. Also dont read in direct sunlite, it kills your eyes. Read under a tree or somethin where its not too dark, but out of direct sunlight.
