Sunroom or Patio Room Prices?

Does anyone know the average price of a sunroom or patio enclosure?

Sunrooms can come in a variety of shapes and sizes and configurations.  I don't recall the exact figure, but a custom sunroom addition average cost (in 2006) was about $60,000 (according to the National Sunroom Association).  However, that was for a fully insulated, glass enclosure with a new foundation.  On the lower end, you can get a SunPorch Sunroom for $8,000 to $12,000.  The SunPorch is a DIY sunroom kit that mounts on an existing deck or patio andd the quality is exceptional for what you pay for.  You can even go a bit lower with screen room kits but then you have to be careful about wind loads and live loads on the roof.
