In this day of using solar power; is taking the suns energy to satisfy our poluted world not depleting the suns energy by collecting it here on earth; there by reducing the heat & light from good old SOL.

  1. No. The sun Produces energy, and a lot of it just flies off into space. We use some, plants use some, the atmosphere collects some. The sun eventually will extinguish itself, and then everything will get real cold real fast.


  2. Earth intercepts less than 2% of the energy put out by the sun, nothing we do here will matter even a tiny bit.

  3. Short answer, no. The sun will continue to produce heat & light no  matter how much we use of it and currently that is an incredibly small amount.
