a couple that are making a big difference are not being able to kick out on the full when the ball it thrown back from outside the 22, makes for a lot more attacking rugby and kicks in play. Another being hand in ruck resulting in a free kick instead of a long arm peanalty, teams that are fit and taking advantage of this are running defences ragged. Its showing over in the republic with thier forward based games not being able to keep up and leaking quite a few points. Another is a team can take a "quick throw in" before the line out is formed and it doesnt have to be straight any more, it can go backwards. Hope these help
