Super 17 on dbz budikie teikieche 3?

i was wondering since super 17 cant charge his Ki i was wondering if theres a z item to alow him to charge it

unfortunately there is no such item, i have had all the items in the game and came across nothing that allowed you to charge up ur ki, and his max ki is 3 which is low compared to SS4 Goku...i think there is a way for him to absorb ki blast and have that turned into energy
