Super 8 in Virginia Beach at the ocean...?

Has anyone stayed at this hotel recently?? My friend and I are going to Virginia Beach on Sunday. She was desperate to find a hotel and booked the Super 8, but I have found nothing but bad reviews. If you have stayed here in the past will you please tell me the dates and how your experience with it was. If you live near here, will you please go to the hotel and tell me what it is like. I've read reviews of bed bugs, roaches, and stench.

It is super 8 for God's sake!  Come on!  

It will be full of all other persons that refuse to pay an extra 20 dollars for comfort and good community.  I have not stayed, but hint, I frequent the area very often, and can tell you that it is not THE HOTEL but price you pay when dealing with any city.  It immediately puts people in their place if you know what I mean, so don't be surprised to find a roach or two, or three, and loud music, beer, loud obnoxious people, cops, and hey, maybe this sounds good!
