Brady got his second touchdown as he sent a 12-yard pass to Aaron Hernandez who made a great catch and regained his balance to reach the end-zone.
The Giants countered with two field goals.
Lawrence Tynes sending one through the prongs at 6:47 from 38-yards to make it 17-12 while his second came with just 40-seconds left in the quarter from 33-yards.
With just two points separating the teams it is up to both quarterbacks to make some special plays and guide their team to victory as the final quarter begins.
