Super Night Shot Plus Camcorder HELP!?

its a nice camera minidvd for only 299.99 but. it says it has super night shot plus is that were you can see in the dark while you record it and its green and stuff. like on the ghosthunters and viva la bam and stuff like that if it is i will totaly buy it.

So the main question is no matter how dark it is can i use the night shot plus thing to see in the dark and record it. thanks for the help.

Yes. SuperNightShot Plus allows monochomatic video to be captured in zero visible light. The throw of the built-in infrared emitter can effectively illuminate objects only up to about 10-12 feet away.
