Super Smash Bros Brawl on Wii

Question

We just got Super Smash Bros Brawl For the wii and it doesn't even work! I heard that you have to send your wii to nintendo and i have a couple questions. Well the first one is How long will it take? Is it Free? If they fix the laser for that game will all the other games still work?? Thanks I Appreciate ANY Answers!

2 things you must check.

1. Have you got the correct Super Smash Bros Brawl for your Wii. You might have a Pal Nintendo Wii but got an NTSC Super Smash Bros Brawl disc.

2. Have you had any problems in the past with any other games?
