Question:

Super confused, what did I do!?

I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my elbow.

I have always had bad circulation, but I think my arm has been falling asleep a lot more and easier here lately; sometimes to the point of pain especially if I sleep on it (its my right arm, but I 'm left handed). It doesn't seem to be tendonitis, because it'd not all that difficult to move my arm around (except for weakness sensations and I don't feel a chip floating).

And the biggest sign that worries me is that if I rest my elbow on anything or certain pressure is applied to the inside eblow bone (like in the skin), there is a sudden shooting intense pain all over my arm

  2. Falling asleep is not a circulatory problem as many people think, it's due to pressure on the nerve.

The symptoms you describe also sound like pressure on the nerve, not muscular or skin related.

    You should see a doctor.
