Super deal including shipping – I've been conned – what should I do to get my money back?

Does anybody deal with situation like this:

I bought a car via Yahoo! Autos Express Trade. It was priced way below market value. They offered to ship the car for free. I sent the money through this Yahoo! Autos Express Trade and they were to ship the car. Once it arrived I was told to get to inspect it for up to 5 days. If I did not like it, they would pay for return shipping and refund your money. But now they want me to pay 20% extra (2.000US !!) but they don't say for what. I asked but I didn't receive any answer. Moreover they wrote that if I didn't pay they take this 20% from the price I paid for the car. What should I do to get my money back? Please help me!!!

If this is a bank transfer, talk to your bank and see if htey can reverse it.  

Report it to the IC3 http://www.ic3.gov/

But it may take a long time, if ever, to get any results.

you will have to go to small claims court. People are scamming everyday. You have to be so careful

Contact the local police. This happens a lot and you may be screwed. Sorry
