okay so i got new soccer cleats for this season. i ran in the prior to practice so that I wouldnt have usch bad foot pain. Well we started yesterday and i have a huge and i really mean huge blister on my right heel. its already popped & there is no flap of skin (sorry if thats gross) over it anymore. So my question, is how can i get this to go away soon? and also, what can i do to prevent it from getting worse since i have soccer everyday for 4 hours. I already double my socks but that obviously didn't work. thanks in advance =]

  1. Wash it with soap and water, put some neosporin on it, cover it with a band aid the appropriate size so it won't rub against your sock. My boyfriend had a huge blister that popped on his foot and for our last soccer game he put moleskin (you can get it at any drug store)on over the band aid to give a little extra padding and prevent rubbing and it helped. Also make sure your cleats are laced *tight* all the way from the bottom up so there won't be a lot of moving while you are running. Good luck!
