Question:

Super hung over and still a little drunk while at work?

I don't get off until 4:30 either and its currently 8:35, any tips on getting through the day? I started with two sugar free rock stars and a pot of coffee.

  1. I recommend something substantial to eat...like a hamburger and fries.  That usually stops the queasy stomach.  And maybe some tylenol....Just for future reference, get a bottle of Flintstones vitamins.  Before you go to bed after a night of partying, drink a big glass of water with 2 motrin and 2 Flintstones and you will feel much better when you wake up.  I know people who swear by this method.


  2. Good luck man. I hope one of those methods works for you, but the reality is you're probably going to have to buck up and suffer through. Get something to eat and stay hydrated. You'll make it through.

  3. eat 5 bagels

  4. A greasy cheeseburger with fries and a quart of tomato juice. Makes me want to get drunk just thinking about it.

  5. Keep hydrated, and eat something with carbs and some protein.  

  6. Water. Ginger Ale. Tomato Juice.

  7. Vitamin B and ibuprofen.

  8. Eat more carbs, also drink water, and black tea has a nice caffeine kick!
