Super little tiny bugs?

Question

I have little tiny bugs almost cant see them they fly everywhere their is alot of them in my kitchen and bathroom they are every where help super tiny and fly around in swarms

They're gnats. You must have some discarded food (even from hamburger wrappers stashed and forgotten under your bed), or your trash needs taking out. If you have a fish tank or reptile tank, they could be attracted to a dirty filter or dirty litter.  If you have a diaper pail with dirty diapers in it, that will attrac them, too.
