What you really mean/talking about are the flute locations!

Flute 1: World 1 Level 3: Go and sit on one of the white blocks near the end and press down for 3 seconds, then go behind the black curtain until you find the room with the flute!

Flute 2: World 1 Fortress. Just before going into the door at the end of the stage, use your racoon tail and fly up and over the top of area that you can walk on, which will be above the door; and keep running and pressing on the D pad until you land in a room with the flute in a chest!
