Super mario galaxy on Wii over?

i finished everything and defeted browser at the end. now it says im back to 59 stars. it didnt restart because the stars from the games i already got are still there. help?!?!? thanks.

You didn't lose stars, you simply have to find 59 more.

actually there are not 120 stars in total, there are 121 stars total.

*SPOILER* AHEAD

after u get 120 stars with both mario and luigi, you have to Collect 100 Purple Coins in the Grand Finale Galaxy to get the final 121st star

there is 120 (121) stars in the game. nothing to worry about, just more fun=)

There's 242 stars in all, but once you collect all 141 as Mario you unlock a cool bonus to make you want to collect the other 141 (which are the same as the original 141, just with a bonus)
