Super sore can u help?

i just started football and im alittle out of shape but not to bad , well when i got home my knees were killing me it was a no contact practice we only did sprints idk what is up can yall help me

also in between drills we had a 5 second breather and i would get extremely dizzy and sick help please

  1. Hot bath, plenty of protein, at least 8 hours of sleep a night. Repeat week after week and soon you will not even remember today.


  2. strech and take a bath with oils to get out all of the acid in your muscles

  3. when you go home get some bengay and rub on your knees and the muscles around your knees i did it today and it feels like i have a new pair of knees

  4. Try doing some stretches before & after you're done practicing. Always remember to stretch. You may think its useless, but it does help. Stretching your arms & legs will make you more flexible in certain ways. So take advantage of that. Get to practice 10 minutes before practice starts & use that to stretch & do little warm ups.
